not sure what you mean by bulk, but if its under 5 a few turkey bags are cheap easy and effective (I like turkey bags for cure). But if over five I'd go with the tubs.

FWIW, I cure everything in 2.5gal glass jars. Each holds over a pound. Why? Because, I get paid for the results. A 5gal bucket, obviously, holds twice as much and can also work well when lined with a turkey bag. Other options can work OK short term, but they won't produce a "serious" cure. Gotta be airtight and/or live in an environment with medium-high humidity. A non-airtight container in a low humidity environment simply won't produce the desired results. The product will dry out.

How much weight are we talking about?

that would work awsome where do you get 2.5 gallon jars? what kind of jar you got?
only thing I can find around here are quart size mason jars I was about to order half gallon ones off ebay cause every thread I could find on turkey bag curing a bunch of people are saying they aint as good and I'm thinking if I use a cooler like urban grower I'll probally taste the plastic atleast the first time I use it. but damn if I have jars that hold a pound thats all I need that would be a lot easier then a bunch of quart size jars.

The jars are made by Anchor Hocking. They're ~$20 at Target or a bit more at Amazon due to the shipping.

... I use a cooler like urban grower...
Having seen a few videos, there's almost nothing I would (and actually) do as shown. Sometimes I think the whole Youtube canna thing is a conspiracy to stop people from becoming successful growers. Sure is fun to watch, though. :)

Congrats on the harvest!

sometimes you can get the big jars from places like World Market, Joannes, wallyworld, target, Micheals or other craft stores... just make sure you get a good fit cause sometimes the best looking jars are not air tight.
