Ok I dont believe you remember things quite like they happened. But thats ok. All we have to do is just return the glass and call it a day. Why is it such a big deal? Be a good business man and settle your debts. Forget good business man be a good human being and return it.

Thats the problem. You had my glass for 6 months and forgot about it. Thats why I started to get frustrated over time. You see The entire 6 months I have been waiting while you forgot about it. Thats why now there is a problem. For 6 months you have had my glass and forgot about me. Now all I want is it returned since you forgot to take care of me for 6 months. You see forgetting me was your mistake not mine. Just return the glass.

You see Dan, at the time I asked for the tools I was already very frustrated. That was a last ditch effort to get SOMETHING ANYTHING from you. I dont really need your tools dan. I just was trying to help you settle the debt cause I knew you were not going to make me something. After that attempt was failed and I read all the other upset members on here my frustration reached a tipping point and thats where the problems began. If we never reached the tipping point there would be no problems. That is not me being a douche that is you allowing a customers frustration to build for 6 months. You could of taken care of me LONG LONG ago and this would not be taking place right now. These problems are of your creating. I am not on here trying to be a dick and harass you. I just want my glass back. If you were in my situation you would want the same.

I dont remember? Isnt the packaging still on the box? Is there a price or weight on the box?

Thats all I needed.. I'm not gonna spend my money because you want your glass back. I have absolutely no problem sending it back. I'm not gonna steal it from you.. really. If you would have paid me a week ago i would of shipped it. But when i have to ship something and hope you pay me, I really am not going to jump right on it. It's not just a little pipe. It's two large boxes. You threaten my name and address but not have my email?

Nothings broke and I have the box it was originally shipped in. If you pay me I ACTUALLY owe you something in a quick manner. I will ship it tomarrow and you will have it back by the weekend. But untill then I'm not worrying about it.

Yeah. I refused by saying I had no problem shipping it... Still waiting for money to ship it back. I'm not spending 40$ because someone shipped me something and decided they want it back. Why are you still.doing all this immature shit? Sending me messages saying I'm a piece of shit you are getting banned? Wtf? It's over. When he pays the shipping he gets it back. I'm not spending 40$ on my birthday to get him something he shouldn't of sent me.. I'm just not.. its not me holding him back from getting it. He has not paid 40$ yet.. goddam

If you send me something, never tell me exactly.what to.ship. then want it back.. I'm not paying for it. Especially when its two hugr boxes.

I dont know, Dan, jdro's screenshot of PAGES of private messages to you with no replies for the last months was pretty damning if you ask me. You may be a "nice guy" but you sure need some help with customer service. Every single complaint you nit pick and disavow one part of the complaint, thinking it fools us. Too many people have complained privately and publicly about your glass business here.

You should ship his tube back at your expense, since it was YOUR "mistake" that you never saw his private messages (even though he sent you TONS of them well before the Android app that "created" this problem (cough) for you was even released).

Guys just forget it. I sent the money for shipping, so now it's a easy fix and everyone can go back to melting glass and be happy
