Burmese Kush Problem - Bugs / Deficiency HEELP

Hi,

Swim Has been growing a few plants in Black bins for a while Now, They are 3 different strains - G13 , Honey B and the one i have a problem with Burmese Kush.

If you look at the images below you can see there is a problem with the leaves it doesnt look like a burn i dont think but i am not sure so i thought maybe a deficiency.

I also have a bug problem to which neem does not seem to have helped to much

What sort of animal do you mean, the first leaves must be at least 3ft of the ground as they are in a black bin on a hard standing.
