Not sure if this mentioned but I remember watching the Philly MOVE fire on tv years ago.

Detroit had a barricaded gunman last night. No one was burned alive.


Detroit police say five people are in custody following a standoff on the city's west side that took place after a shooting.
Police say officers on Wednesday night found a car believed to have been used to escape an earlier shooting.
As officers approached, several people ran into a home and closed the front door. Police declared a barricaded gunman situation.
After more than two hours, three young men, a 16-year-old boy and a 19-year-old woman were taken into custody. Police found three weapons.
No injuries were reported in the standoff or the earlier shooting.

Damn that sucks. I would have liked to hear what dorner had to say. This is a pretty clear xut case of shut him the fuck up murder. Never heard of tear gas starting a blaze like that. Craziness.

Its all over the suburbs as much as its happening in Detroit. I know there was just another standoff in Farmington a few days after the one in Walled Lake happened. Then the kidnapped kid in Alabama held up in that bunker. This epidemic of violence is ridiculous. Every day its something new.

Too many gun nuts, or too many nuts with guns. That's the problem. The government should really tighten down on gun laws, and we need to tone down the violence on television. Or just allow everyone to have a gun, any gun, anywhere. Fuck it, let retards kill themselves off.

This killer was proof that the background checks and mental health evals given wont stop all mental health related crimes...

He underwent many psychological tests in the Navy and LAPD... and still killed people..


it may stop them from getting legal guns...

This fucker was a murderer......I hope they set the fire......he was shooting hundreds of rounds at them before the fire....hundreds of automatic fire....so burning the place to get him out wouldnt have been any different then the cops shooting him to death. Dorner could have easily surrendered and come out. He decided not to....A murderer is dead....who cares....

very good point man. in this case, the pigs.. i mean cops, really had no other choice. BUT, the last thing they needed was some psycho cop yelling out, burn baby burn, or whatever the fuck he was saying...

True....the cops souldve never said that....but when your emotions get to you...well you say things you dont mean or shouldnt.

There is no law of physics that stops a murderer from being murdered.

The dude may, very well, have been wronged by the LAPD, and most likely was. But if you read his manifesto its pretty clear he had some issues with social conduct and violence. So they fucked him over, he flipped and killed some of them, they killed him. And thus are the consequences of our humanity are reaped. Who is right, who is wrong, who is good, and who is bad?

There are no absolutes in real life just a bunch of people who all see things slightly differently and are willing to fight over who is right.
