Burned brown spots on leaf edges, and progressing

I'm growing an Arjan's Haze #3 outdoors, first grow ever.

This plant is a true warrior, because since planting around the end of May, the stem completely severed once, and the plant started "dying" and resurrected after 3 weeks. Later I suspect that she didn't get too much light, and a dog has been eating off the bottom fan leaves. Now that I came back, I took the plant from my friend, where it was staying while I was out, and put it in full sun on a roof.
After putting the plant on the roof we had 2 days of approx 104 degree weather (40 celsius). The plant had some of the symptoms I'm going to show below, before I got it back, but not to this extent.

Also, the heat wave left and now we're at 84-86 degrees (29 - 30 celsius), but after inspecting the leaves I've noticed that the "burn" is still progressing on the very tips of the leaves, and on the edges.

I'm using the BioBizz light mix http://www.growell.co.uk/biobizz-all-mix-soil.html and a 12 litre square container (approx).

As you can see in the pics, I have put white rocks on the top of the soil to prevent overheating the earth, and to prevent creepy crawlies. I have also covered the entire area next to the location of the pot with white paper so that the ground doesn't heat up.

I used to have a pit of thrips on the bottom leaves, but after applying some neem oil the problem has disappeared.

I fertilize once a week (some sort of organic molasses mix), and water every 3 days. My friend thought that this was nutrient burn before, and flushed, but the problem persists.

Any thoughts?

Ps - In the pictures I'm using a stick to provide support for the plant, since it is windy on the roof. You can also see some of the leaves bitten by my friend's dog.

Thanks in advance.

Just a thought but have you checked your ph levels? When I started having problems I found that my ph levels were really low.
Again, just a thought but may be a place to start.
Best of luck my friend

Looks like nute burn with some type of root issues like over watering or root bound this is what is causing the major drooping you have~

I've been trying to slowly flush with just water, but it seems like the water is being retained. I will just leave it be for now.
