I have one of those LED that has the veg & bloom mode or the option to have both on at same time... I just started flower and was wondering should I only use the red bloom mode or both? I hear lots of different opinions some people say to use both to maximize yield

The switch is there solely as a marketing gimmick. Most people who don't know will blindly think that this lamp is better than all others, because of this extra "feature" of being able to switch back and forth.
