Hmmm...every time I go past a McDonald's I smell french fry grease - and it's worse in the summer. Why is cannabis the only smell that can be controlled? EVERY house in the country can legally smell like cannabis - ain't diddly anyone can do about it.
I bet they will try to make bylaws or whatever for cannabis smells.

That's a slippery slope...is smelling cannabis really more offensive than the millions of other smells we encounter every day? Get a load of fish fertilizer and spread it along the property line - let the whiners complain about that instead.

I worked about 3kms away from a Labbats brewery once. Everytime they put yeast into the wort to brew beer the smell was foul! 3kms away!
Smelled like mouldy dish cloths. Could hardly breath. For 3 weeks at a time. Nothing could be done about it legally.
Can only imagine how bad it was just a few blocks away....

they try. In Oregon when first came rec, most littler cities including Medford passed city ordinances for smell, nuisance, etc. They lasted just a lil bit, but now that cant do nothing about them so I think they took em off the books

Some canfilters would fix this smell problem very easily.
