Busted with 8 Lowryder Plants and about 2 ounce Dry. What's going to Happen to Me?

Feel for you Bro. I am on my first grow and paranoid that I will get dimed out by one of my in-laws snooping around.
So far, I don't believe they have been on my property. I live out in the quasi-sticks, but it doesn't help when idiots come out selling shit.

I'm sure youll be alright. You didn't have that many plants and you only had baggies. I'm not an attorney, but I think you may have somewhat of a defense with the car accident and you seem like an upstanding citizen with your job and whatnot.

You should roll up a joint and relax a bit.:joint:

You will probably get a fine and or CS. You wont go to jail if its a first offence and you insist it was for your own personal use, make no comment in interview just give a statement

the reason they charge you with so many offences is to present as much evidence to the CPS as possible. They then refer it to the magistrate or crown court if the possible sentence is more than 6 months inside or 5 grand fine.

This is english law so probably a bit different in scotland, but try not to worry I know its hard - like the worlds turned upside down when your looking at a stretch and for what?

heavy charges will be thrown out due to plea bargaining by your solicitor (tell me youve gone not guilty) you will probably get a fine (circumstances permitting) and a probation order for couple of years or so.

ull get fined probation and maybe community service. get a lawyer.. u represent urself and they will take advantage of that.

thats what would happen to me in canada... unno about uk

i just got a charitable donation for 28 grams and a scale... 250 bucks....
