Was busted for allegedly smoking weed on 4/21.
Here is what happened. Me and one of my Buddies(hes peruvian) were smoking down by a local field, down the street from our houses(we live right across the street from one another). When I see a patty wagon drive down the drive way to were the field opens up (which where we were). So, I quickly rip apart the blunts we had and dropped them in the wood chips and covered them up with my foot and started to walk away from the cop(he was 50yrds away from us) My buddie is 10 feet in front of me and the cop yells at us to "STOP" and starts sprinting over to us. He gets up to us and starts hasseling us about we were smoking weed and he knos we have some on us. My friend says "We dont have anything, are you serious?" And he went into his pockets to show him he did not have anything on him, when the cop tackels him to the ground and puts handcuffs on him. Then back-up arrives and I get handcuffed. We get thrown into the patty wagon and were on our way to jail...We get to jail and as we were walking in about 2-3 cops tackel my friend ( WITH HANDCUFFS ON) and put leg restraints on him saying " he was resisting" And we all know how cops love minorties. He geting thrown in a cell as same for me. About 2 hrs later the arresting officer comes in and take my friend to get finger printed ( side note: Do you get finerprinted for misderminors? or felonies? ) Then about 3-4 hrs after that he was released, then soon ofter i was released.
I was charged with "Was believed to be in possesion of a small amount of marijuana"
They never found any weed on us or were we were smoking it. They told us that chester cops (Bad nighborehood, like philly not as big) found the blunts and buds where we were smoking at.
Get this, my other friend found the 2 blunts in the wood chips. SO HOW THE FUCK AM I GETTING CHARGED WITH POSSESION? So all they realy had on us was suspicision and the smell. IDK this is fuckin bullshit, got to go to the Magisterial Distric court to find out how much i owe or what ever.
Just wanted to rant about how fucked up my day was yesterday. Hope no one else has to go threw this. Just can't wait untill i grow this season. Thanks for reading this and kep safe. COPS SUCK
