If his land lord didnt give proper notice he can fight it. If proper procedures aren't followed charges can be dropped even if you admit it, it happens all the time. You would be amazed at how much rights a tenet has. In many cases they have more lee-way then the landlord does. Don't look at the "marijuana" being in the Appt or house. You need to start at the fact that if the owner or landlord enter with out proper reason or notice then they many not have found anything. Now if he was given proper noticed...well I'm sorry to say it but your just a dumb ass and should have gotten it out of the house. What I posted above is a chicago law.

Watch. The landlord called the cops and it was the cops he showed the place to. Explaining why his room was opened and why the warrant was so detailed.

i would also say a slap on the wrist if no bad criminal record. friend of mine got caught growing before medical laws where i am. they tried to scare him and even lied and said they could take his kids away. they wanted him to snitch on other growers or dealers and they said they would be easy on him. he told them nothing, he got a slap on the wrist. you will probably have to deal with a lot of court bullshit, but it will be nothing compared to other ppl. good luck. you said you wanted the thread deleted so im not gonna post no more and hope it dies soon. i would be too paranoid tho.

lol the land lord isnt the cops has nothing to do with the serch warrent he doesnt even know thats who called the cops lol
