Buying a cheaper light to begin with, or HLG scorpion Diablo from the beginning?

So i’ve been going through some shit in real life, so i’m debating on buying a cheaper light for veg then by the time I have to flower, buy th expensive light. i figure if i’m doing a perpetual grow, i’ll need a light strictly for veg anyways.

Suggestions? I’ve really been going bonkers deciding whether to DIY LED or buy prebuilt as well. Beat myself up over it, just want everything to be perfect... but life threw my a curveball. thanks guys.

buy a 4 pack of qb120s and a driver. it will be @ $150 and is a great easy first DIY build. no heatsinks needed, easy to rearrange. get in 3000k and u can flower under it too.. then get a Diablo when u have the money.
