Buying seeds in the USA

This is the first I'm hearing of this. I didn't know that the Doc wasn't shipping for awhile (based on what your wrote). Before my recent order, I had last ordered from the Doc a few months back and at the time received my shipment with no problems and with fast shipping. I never saw anything on his site about not shipping to the US and must have missed it between orders. Got a confimation email for my recent order that concluded with "Thanks for Trusting the Chronic".
Less than a day later got his "you have incoming" email

Please note the following :
we can not guarantee a delivery time / we can not track the item / and unfortunately we can not ensure that all consignments are 100% successful.
we can not discuss the issue of germination as this is illegal all our seeds are sold as souvenirs the hemp seeds our packs include must not be germinated in doing so you will more than likely be breaking the law unless you have a license from your Government .
We must remind you that all orders are placed at the purchases own risk we do not accept responsibility for the safe delivery of souvenir hemp seeds were the possession of said items is deemed illegal.

Now that that weed is treated more unfavorably in the UK and after reading your reply, it's apparent to me that Doc and all other uk based seedhouses are selling seeds only as "souvenir hemp seeds". Possibly Doc suspended shipments to the US until feeling comfortable legally about continuing such a business activity? I saw another seedsbank today using similar prepared wording on their website.
In any event I was unaware of this situation and would have waited to place an order until the smoke cleared. I may lose some money on my small order as a result. Life's a bitch, ain't it! (and then you marry one?...
) Don't know what I would do without la9's insight but I would sure like to try! Grrrrrr.

Just got from additude.. hopeing it comes soon . ordered today. but they never gave me my tracking number which sucks ass. im gonna call tomorrow cuz i wayed a few dollars extra for the tracking express pack.

It's not the stealth shipping packaging but rather whats inside the stealth wrapper. I didn't see any harm in doing so and just plain old didn't know not to post seed shipping packages. I'll perfrom some damage control don't see provision to edit the post any longer as I no longer see an edit button (but I've editted other past posts). Please help me take down the pics.

Go to your post... then hit edit, then chose advanced, there you can manage attachments.....

It's just the package INSIDE the package. We still have no way of know how these items were shipped . . . or if they even WERE shipped. There is nothing wrong with the pics imo.

Man it seems like personally going and picking up the seeds seems a hell of a lot more sketchy then them leaving it in your mailbox and you grabbing it later. I mean If you specifically go down there just to pick it up and the cops "happen" to know about it there's no way your getting outta that one. I always ship to a name that's very similar to my own with my address, that way, you can claim it was shipped to you by mistake and you never ordered it.

Good advise Jonny. Change the "o" to an "a" and you've got JannyBtreed. It's close enough as far as the letter carrier is concerned, but it's CLEARLY not me officer! Still wouldn't matter if you're sending them to the actual grow location.

While it's true that all a cop has to do is place a few orders to see what kind of packaging seed sellers are using, I see no reason to make thier jobs easier.what the hell you trippin' on? it's just a package.
It seems like most of the members here are kids, reguardless of your rules.... That plus the attitude of several of the staff here make me think I need to re-think my membership here.

Not trying to piss anyone off but I'm letting my attachments stay. People use pictures of these seed packets as avatars on RIU and I've seen them posted in threads before. I'm done trying to change my post so it's time to sit back andDr. Cronic came throughin 4 business days. Arrived today safe and sound using the default shipping method. Seed packet scans attached.
