Buying seeds online

oh and right now planetskunk.com is giving away 10 free blueberry f2 seeds with every order.i just ordered 10 the pure seeds on the 2nd.so far they have been great communicators.

get a freind u know who dosent smoke pot to have the seeds delivered to his house in his name. U dont have to be sketch about it and neither does he.

ya im kind of nervous about it but i need these seeds. does anybody happen to know the penalty for ordering seeds in the us?

for one thing, it's a federal crime. makes the punishment way harsher. you go to a different prison...I just know it's really really friggin dangerous.

I mean, I've bought online and will do it again. But I did it with my own name. I know you probably feel like you're cornered by needing the seed, but I'd be really surprised if you're not busted. For that matter, I'd really be considering tearing down any grow ops and having a monster smoke out and then scrub all my appliances.

USPS is like that in pretty much all areas. I ship packages there daily and they even gave me a hassle when I was trying to pick up a package w/o an ID when it was a personal package. When I was there to pickup a package addressed to a business, all I had to do was show them a business card and they gave me the package.

Good idea would be to make up a fake business name and make a cheap business card online at VistaPrint - Business Cards - Full Color Printing - Digital Printing Company | VistaPrint or on your home computer.

When you go in to get your package addressed to the false business, show them the business card and they wont even ask for an ID.

or just keep it LEGAL, use your real name, and nobody will give 2 shits because they go through millions of packages every day and just because YOU know whats in there is illegal they dont know and dont care.

I was just saying that if you are crazy paranoid about using your own name then that is probably the best route to follow.

They do take money orders. Just ordered on 17 Jan., and I sent an international money order via global priority mail ( as requested per highgrade seeds). I live in the US and to be a little more stealthy I purchased the M.O from one postal branch, and then mailed it out through a different branch using a general fictitious name to an address other than my grow op. I am really paranoid and used gloves (outdoor then rubber) to handle every piece of "paper" to include the money order,global shipping envelope, and ALL associated docs(order sheet out of printer,etc). The postal clerk ( an asshole that I have dealt with before) asked what's in it, and I simply replied business papers. The M.O. cost 3.85, and the shipping was 7.50. I feel a little more piece of mind by taking these precautions because if shit does hit the fan, hopefully theres less of me physically to trace. Do not be fooled however, because there is still risk associated with purchasing the money order because it has branch,clerk number,date, etc.. so there is evidence trail via video footage ( individual buying the M.O. at the counter on certain time,date,clerk,etc..)
Ultimately cash is the most secure method...I'm just not that trustworthy.

i wouldnt worry about the ticket for buying seeds. most probably just a minor possession charge. i would be worried about getting seeds and them doing nothing, just knowing i had them. then they just have to watch and bide their time until i finish. or wait until i expand to get a real nice bust...

Just letting you guys know the seeds I ordered arived at my sisters apartment two days ago with no problems at all. I am very pleased with Nirvana and will definently buy from them again.

You don't worry about the seed buying. You worry about them somehow tracking down your grow location. They know you're buying seeds for a reason.

I'm not saying I don't buy online, but any time spent making the act less traceable is time well spent.

i don't know the laws re: seed purchases. i would think that to be a customs issue. i agree with other posts here that have suggested they may forgo any seed bust to get a cultivation charge, which is considerably more harsh than a possession charge.

food for thought: far more outdoor cultivation arrests were/are made than indoor ones. ok. what does that have to do with anything? just an opinion but it seems to indicate that:

• they prioritize bigger fish and that...
• IF they had a program in place to nab/identify/surveil seed-buyers that a helluvalot more indoor grow houses would've been popped.
• outdoor growing may be inherently riskier than indoor growing (hmmm).

I think Depending on how stealth the package is, would be your chances of getting your shit confiscated by the U.C.D; also if the website you're going to buy from is under surveillance then you might want to go with another option, hell the seedbanks don't even know. For god sakes they post all the info online, so if i was looking to stop import/export of contraband i would start online easy as that. (WATCH WHAT YOU POST) Damn FEDS are toooo smart, Although yes they are looking for the big timers, but some people start small and become bigger, so maybe they're bored one day and start pickin on the lil guys. ~ This is just my thoughts~

I agree, I just ordered over 10 seeds from Herbies to central aus and I'm nervous as hell about it but I doubt anything will get picked up, I'm just a bit paranoid about being in a smaller town.. If I was to grow the seeds I wouldn't be doing more than 2 at a time and it would just be for personal use.. I just hope there's bigger fish in this town, I know theres a fair bit of the green stuff around, sometimes dryer in easter and x mas time though.. There's quite a lot of owned station land around here and im sure theres a few outdoor crops somewhere!..
