c02 pump idea !?

As you can see in the picture, it is an air tight container with water, yeast, and sugar to generate c02. There is an air stone inside circulating the mixture to kill the need to shake the bottle as the old method requires.also an airtight hose to let the gasses go into the grow box.
Haven't decided whether an air stone or small fish tank pump would work better....
I'm not sure it would work at all?????

seems like youll be pumping more air than co2 with this. and will be a pain to keep clean. a 5 gal bucket, water, sugar, lalvin ec 1118 yeast. when it stops producing bubbles ad a bit more sugar, or when the yeast is topped out on the alch content start over. just run a hose from the top of the bucket lid over to your girls. lalvin ec 1118 is very hardy and easy to work with. they use it to fix stuck fermentations for wines and it can withstand alch content up to 25% i believe.

Are you sure ? The c02 isn't being pumped per say but it is venting near the plants, is there something I don't understand ??

when you have your air stones going you are pumping air into the chamber, much more air than co2 production. the yeast will only need the initial addition of oxygen into the water. usualy a lot of shaking or maybe a 10-15 min of an airstone in the bucket is more than sufficiant to get it started.
