Hi good people. Just curious does anyone want to share their opinion in the diy c02 generators or c02 bags. Are they effective? I have a 4×4 grow tent with 5 lights in it

Those bags are a waste of money. And unless you have everything sealed up Co2 is just going to escape.

I kinda figured my exhaust would remove all the c02 is there any other way 2 effectively add co2 in a tent

Just get a co2 tank with a regulator and a controller set it to 1300ppm. Have your exhaust not constantly on just activated at a certain time.

I don’t use C02 and my plant is wild! Today is week 13 from sprout! She’s 56-58 inches tall and is completely filling up my 4x4. It’s only one plant

I have alot of lights i have my exhaust coming on every 3 minutes for a min and a half to keep it cool would that take out too much co2 for it to be effective ?

Where are you exhausting? My intake comes directly from my apartment. My exhaust also goes directly into the room I’m growing in. I kind of circulate the same air, with the exception of the a/c.

Probably means Light intensity, Plants really thrive with the light intensity up to 1500ppfd with CO2.

What kind of lights do you have? Chances are you're nowhere close to 1800 actual watts.

Watts and PPFD are two different things. What kind of lights you have? Don’t go by Misleading LED company Advertising.

I've got 5 lights 2 say 300 watts they only pull 120 from the wall 1 mars hydro ts 1000 it pulls 150 a viparsoectra that pulls 240 and the cree cob light in the middle pulls 440 which is about 1080 i mis typed the 1800

All those lights don’t amount to a high PPFD at any part of your tent. You’ll get light intensity to flower your plants but you won’t get maximum yield.
