My cab is 21"L 30"W 56"H. Would a 400w with a cooltube and dimmable ballest be possible to run in there? If so how much cfm would my fan need to be? If all this will work anyone know of a fan that wont run loud for stealth??? Plus rep for your answere thanks

A 400 will work just fine but you could even get away wih something smaller in a small space like that. As a rule of thumb your fan should completely exchange the air of your grow space every 5 minutes. A simple duct fan from Home Depot will be fine for you.

that fans looks sweet, but I think that will be to much for my small area.

most of all inline fans make noise your going to hear. if you want no noise you need to go for them gel things but be careful because they can kill you.
