OK from a very dry state; the drench of the soil, when you're gonna leave the container for half an hour completely submerged, until bubbles stop rising, then wait another 15 mins . . . . just water PHd to 6.7 . . . . . . (careful, you might find the root ball will try to float out of the container lol . . . .use a wee bit of wetting agent if you have it, or a mineral based detergent
When you have slowly lifted out the container, discard the run off/excess, run another containers worth through the medium at 1/4 strength, Peter's is perfect for this . There is more chance of the salts built up in the medium to adhere to the few salts in the solution than adhering to just water alone you see . . . .
We have toxic build up then, difficult with plants that small, they should have been on plain water all this time, not the slightest bit of MG, tsk tsk . . .lol . . . . I think the small waterings have been rinsing the already hot medium's nutrition down to the bottom of the pots, now they are getting to the stage hteir roots aree getting to that toxic zone, we're witnessing what we are now imho . . .
FUTURE TIMES, start your seed (photo) in the smallest pot you can find with a lite mix, far more control over the tiny bit of medium in there, a much safer controlable medium for furious first root growth . . . .then pot up when you she needs you to autos don't apply to this method though . . . .
