Does look like a calcium deficiency to me, calcium isn't a mobile nutrient so it's easier to determine if it's mid to high range on your plant.

I normally go for a foliar spray when doing a cal feeding on leaves that are showing calcium deficiencies.
When doing a foliar spray it's better to go a bit higher on the ph, I usually go to 7.0 when I do and has worked fine for me.
Don't this in direct sunlight, do it an hour or two prior to the sunlight because this is time when the pores on the leaves are most dilated and gives it time to absorb and dry before the sun hits it.
Make sure to get under the leaf too
