watering with distilled, using botanicare nutes, only bottom nodes turning color....

I can't really tell if it's a Calcium deficiency but here's a good reference to save!

cal/mag def from using distilled. Distilled is a bad choice for growing. purple stems are also a sign.

Maybe try half strength Cal-Mag and go from there.
