Calcium deficiency?

before I add any calcium I want to make sure it’s not something else also running under led, using RO water

What medium are you using and what is the pH going in and coming out?

Soil, ph levels are between 6-7, using a simple ph test kit

Those twelve little spots on that one leaf = wouldnt worry about it.

A couple on one other leaf, but only on two leaves

Could be burns from water or nutes splashing on the leaf when feeding. I would agree with Bernie420 don't panic unless it starts on new leaves.

So just a quick update, I checked my plant today and saw this, ph is still showing at 6-7 ordering a pen this week to get a better read on ph, feed was started at week 5 (Sunday) dyna gro foliage and mag pro...
Under led 70 watts was on 24/0 now on 18/6

Also the soil is a sta green mix that Budzbuddha a (thx btw) had posted up...
