was wondering if feeding soluble calcium made from eggshells+vinegar is a thing for cannabis ? or maybe powder eggshell even ? I don't have a calcium deficiency or anything but it says it's to avoid it. also my soil has barely any nutrients it's basic universal soil and I feed them npk 20-20-20 atm

Don’t do it.

Best case you add an unknown amount of calcium to prevent a problem you don’t have. Worst case you kill your plant by dumping vinegar on it because you didn’t neutralize the acid. If you need calcium (should be in your fertilizer anyway) then calcium nitrate fertilizers are very cheap and easy to get.

what do you mean amend it into compost pile ? how does one do that ? and how often should I feed it Ca ?
What is your medium exactly?

You can't simply throw in egg shells, vegetable parts etc into a soil and expect it to immediately adjust nutrient quantity. It takes a lot of time for these things break down into the elements the plant can actually use.

To "amend it into a compost pile", you put the eggshells onto the compost pile, and let it do its thing until next year. Some people continuously stir their compost with a pitchfork or other mechanical means, but nonetheless, the eggshells have to break down before any benefits to the plants can be had.

What's the real problem you're trying to solve here? Sounds like an X-Y problem.

ngl that's some pretty convincing shit ima just stick to the npk every couple weeks.. prob is where im at we dont have fertilizers specifically for weed.. so far she looks okay after first feed.. should I stick to once per two weeks ? I added one small tablespoon with half a liter of water
btw it's 20-20-20

also my medium is regular potting soil.. it says universal soil on the front and barely has nutrients in it but I think it's good so far
