calcium vitamin in water for calcium

what if you crushed a calcium vitamin and mixed the powder into your water and fed it to the plants, would that give the plant calcium ?

i heard calcium helps prevent bud rot and is good for plants

i jus add Dolomite lime to my soil it's a great source of Calcium and magnesium... and it helps stable your PH...

The problem with calcium pills is they have fillers in 'em, which will raise your PPM but not provide any valuable nutrients. It's a waste. Better off leaching calcium from egg shells, or just using tap water. Tap water often has extra calcium in it.
