I dont live in lake county anymore but my mom lives in spring valley. She had to evacuate for 5 days and was lookin pretty bad for her house when the fire jumped highway 20 but luckily the winds changed and she had a house to come back to.

It's scary this year. Three big ones in sight of my back door.
Been lucky so far but season is not even half way through.
I hope your Mum is OK. It's very hard to evacuate not sure I will when the time comes.
Still, pray or whatever for those that have lost and for Cal Fire.

Damn man thats scary. I know its hard to leave everything behind but if they tell you to get out you should. Thanks, her and the horses are back home safe.
