So now the question to me is what defines "ready to smoke"? Do dried stems count? Is an oz of bubble alright? Could you even produce an outdoor plant with less than a zip?

Where I live we don't even get the shit-flavored candy so I'll still take it as a positive step, just not very positive. Actually, I still see those violet flavored candies in stores, so maybe we do sell shit flavored candy?

Has anyone ever went into a store to buy sweets and said "You know what, Necco wafers sound great!" and not lived through the Depression era?

Honestly, it doesn't clear anything up, besides the fact West African Frogs have been known to change their sex and that life finds a way.
