Yeah, most of the outstanding votes were in pro Cooley counties.
I'd say Harris should call for a recount.

Considering what we've seen in some Presidential elections, I'd be inclined to investigate the slow reporting counties.

They won't be done counting votes for another week or two. I think there has to be a recount at this point.

There's a 30-day "grace" period following the actual elections to count absentee and mailed votes, etc. The absolute final results should be in by early December at the latest. Whomever wins will take office in January IIRC.

Well Cooley declared himself the winner, but that doesn't mean much. Results change daily and there are still hundreds of thousands of votes to be counted.
