california authority supercedes doctors recommendations...or am i wrong?

I live in sutter county california and incedentally the sheriffs came over to escourt sister through my house so she could get her shit out and be on her way...
So im hanging out in my garage and all the sudden a sheriff wanted to see my recommendation, my plants, everything. One of them even asked which strain i was growing.
The thing is is that i have a specific recommendation that should allow me to grow 20 immature and 10 mature plants and have 3 lbs. on my posession. But these sheriffs were saying i could only have 12 immature and 6 mature and posess 8 oz's and no more than. I however have a special cercumstance recommendation because the law states that doctors can make exceptions.
I called my doctor thismorning and i talked to a guy who was saying my recommend will stand in court and sutter county doesnt know thier shit pretty much. so I called up dea and sure enough they said 6 mature, 12 immature and 8oz shit. so theres my delema. I have an entire flowering room now about 16 sq ft. and 7 ft high sun hut with 1000 wat hps. very impressed. and the cops were asking about that how much do i pay and shit. why the hell do they want to know?
and another thing, I was very fortunate to only have 12 plants in my veg closet because that was the legal amount i guess, according to the cops.

Wow, that is quite a dilemma. Very interested in the outcome, hope for the best

i bet it is a great feeling to feel safe and protected, i mean having police even in the same house with that many plants is not to uncommon considering this but still i bet thats a crazy feeling........cant touch this...cant touch this

yeah, it wierded me out for a few days even though i was completely legal. I have to combine reccomendations with this other kid so i can flower my 12 plants that eventually will all be in the flowering room. but 3 of the plants will go to this kid who has the other reccomendation that i need to get my 9 plants. I dont want to push the legal system so combining scripts is my only option. And that kid just happened to be in the right place right time because he said he wants 20 percent of the harvest. And i pay for everything even the water and electricity. All he had to do was show up at my house with his script pretty much and he wants 20 percent.
Im going to post a new thread about this in another section, but please give me some comments.

Don't expect LEO to know the laws, they know what they experience. I say it's time to drop some dough on a lawyer, a good one, who knows these laws. Probably an attorney in SF would be the best place to start, get a recommendation for someone in your county because attorneys do charge for travel expenses.

Jesus! you would thing one toker would just help another just as a favor, 20%! If it was me buddy I would have been to happy to help out, shame I'm in Scotia, and have no script.
