Which counties in California make it the easiest for a professional to open a not-for-profit dispensary?

Also, more specifically, which cities in California?

San Fran has vending machines w/ weed.... I think I'm going to get some right now.

The man is also trying to cut back on the number of dispensaries in San Fransisco to a whopping.....8!

from what i understand the local gov. in the areas are trying to not let any new ones open up..its an uphill journey right there...you could just get your recommendation for medical marijuana and if you have any other friends who use cannabis for medcine they can designate you as a care giver and you can grow 12 immature plants and 6 flowering/mature plants for each patient. you can still be doing something positive in the community and avoid the headaches of dealing with a whole lot of people and local govt. if your not running a medical collective
