Medical Marijuana (MOD)
Thanks for the info mygirls. + rep I just got my card in January and am still figuring out all the laws that surround medical marijuana. I do know one thing though, growing it has been more addicting than smoking it. It has become my new passion.

AND means both. OR means only one of the 2 presented choices. That is a clear cut interpretation. Which means. You may have 12 vegetative, but as soon as you go into flower, you can only have 6 at a time.

Under california law you are allowed 6 mature OR 12 immature plants with a valid recommendation.

What about mixing those numbers?

Can you have 4 mature and 4 immature? 5 mature and 7 immature? Anyone know where to find this out?
The big word here is "or" 12 mature OR 6 mature. I learned this first hand. Take my word...dont fuck around with plant numbers. You will lose your crop at the least if caught up with law enforcement.

yeah like the last 2 ppls said .... it is said 12 immature ****OR***** 6 mature... but i have another question.... technically ur plant is mature as soon as it turns male or female.... so does that mean if they are sexed then you can only have 6??? if thats the case then if u use clones only then you could only have 6 TOPS... cuz that technically would be 6 mature plants... right????

Orrrrrrr, you can move to a dope area in Cali like Santa Cruz, where you can grow unlimited in a 100 square foot area. As someone mentioned already, SB420 is unconstitutional because no patient should be limited to their medicine. Each local city government can now vote (and many have already) and pass their own regulations to the medical marijuana patient limits. Dude, I went to court for felony cultivation for having 2 plants BEFORE I was a medical marijuana patient. The DA deemed it was for personal use (even though it wasn't medical) and reduced my charge to possession of more than an ounce which just carried a fine and community service. Now I'm a patient and have nothing to worry about. California is awesome, but make sure you live in a grow-friendly area so you don't have to worry. The riskier your grow, the smarter and more prepared you have to be.
