Rather than linking you to "one side or the other" of this polarized issue, I would suggest just stepping back and looking at who has the most to gain and who has the most to loose (depending on the outcome of Prop 19).

According to the wording of Prop 19, all the rights, benefits and exceptions that are currently allowed any legitimate MMJ user in the State of California, will not be effected, superceded or overturned in any way.

I'm not really sure if that is what you're asking about! There are a lot of misconceptions floating around, out there, about what the hell Prop 19 actually means because of the "Legalese" language in the "Official Wording". A group of lawyers at California NORML have done a "Phrase by phrase" translation from "Legalese" to "Everyday English". This may be what you are looking for, here's the link:

I know you weren't asking for opinions - but I have to say this, I don't see why anybody who is pro cannibis would campaign against Prop 19, unless they stood to loose enormouse amounts of money when it passes (Gangsters, MMJ Dispenseries, commercial growers, etc.). Everybody else wins (even the State's Economy)!
