Call me crazy, my plants talking to me

After searching or "TRYING" to search RIU for how plants tell us they are hungry, thirsty, need some sun, cant breathe properly, etc. I was searching for this because unlike the feeding schedules and paradigms about when you should provide the plant a certain procedure, such as flowering, harvesting, etc., and problems the plants are having, The plant actually can tell you by showing different signs. Now Im not claiming i know everything about this. That is why I'm starting this thread. In hopes that we can consolodate this info for myself and many others, especially the newbs around here. So please anyone that knows anything a plant does when it needs one thing or another please chime in and add the info.

My girls get real droopy and sad looking when they need water or food. Every time after feeding or watering they perk right back up

One way that I use is by checking the weight of the pots. You'll feel the soil drying out if you are as attentive as I am. Just be sure to feel them after watering so you can have a good idea.

hey i think its also important as a newbie for others to know - this plant can give alot of mixed signals. one that i have constantly is my plants drooping after i water like i overwatered when actually my soil has pretty good water retention from the peat in it while having perlite as well for drainage so after a few hours they are up and perky once more... and growth doesnt stop and color doesnt change... also when you start flowering after a while your lower leaves might go yellow and die - no cause for panic there either its actually kinda normal espcially if you have a low wattage hid or growing cfl... just my 2 cents (which are dont panic at every change)

Does that only happen during flowering? My bottom leaves are turning yellow right now and I'm trying to figure it out. The whole plant seems to be rotating as well. Any idea what's going on?

It shouldn't happen during veg no. By rotating do you mean growing towards the light? If you don't have sufficient lighting the lower branches will die off due to them not recording enough light. If you do have sufficient lighting then it's a nuit problem
