Modern day cob with vacuum seal instead of burying in the ground.

Well worth trying it sometime!
It's for people that don't grow bud really well so they try to ferment it, it really kills the flavor, totally wrecks the buds, smooth smoke tho. What's the point of this exactly ? Increase potency ?
Have you actually tried this? It's for people that don't grow bud really well so they try to ferment it, it really kills the flavor, totally wrecks the buds, smooth smoke tho.
Ive tried it, it's really old school, and i'm on icmag too. It's mostly for weed that doesn't taste so great as it kills all flavor, you heard of water curing? Fermenting always ruins the flavor but can make it smoother. Just do it yourself it doesn't take that much just a branch, you should also try making thai sticks for research purposes.Have you actually tried this?
I've read that page on icmag and some people have positive experiences with it. I doubt it's for people who can't grow well. So said they do it on their personal stash.
Is it hard.. to come off as a dick all the time ? Lulz
I find people split on preference. Younger crowd seems to prefer the bud, older crowd more into the cob, just my anecdotal survey. I dig both.Ive tried it, it's really old school, and i'm on icmag too. It's mostly for weed that doesn't taste so great as it kills all flavor, you heard of water curing? Nothing will taste better than a proper cure at the right humidity i have tested many methods.
Looks can be deceiving, you get some crazy coloring, black included. Scope it to know for sure. Many of the cobbs I have seen growers show off online have had black mold on them.
But a friend in Colorado tried one RM3 made and he said it was delicious tasting. Stood out over the pre rolled joints he was gifted with it he added.

I got ya, my mistake. I don't know about potency, just different in my opinion. The cob smokes much smoother and has a much larger body high, extremely relaxing, one of mine goes narcotic after about three big tokes, which is great if that is what you want or need. Buds have more terpene taste and more heady in nature compared to cob cured. None of the 6 strains I cobbed were pure sativas and I hear those go a little more trippy, but I could be wrong. I'll keep doing them, its like getting a 2 for 1.Most of the threads I saw on this the grower themselves said there was mold. Then said what they might have done better to avoid it.
But like I said a person I trust to know thought his was safe and said it was delicious. He also said it wasn't very potent.

You may be right, but it feels different to me. One possibility, the smoother toke off the cob may allow larger hits. Other than that I'm at a loss to explain it.There is no reason it would affect the canabanoids in any special way. Good slow proper cure should have the same results.
