Calling all experts, need grow room advice for better yields

Experienced grower here, started a new indoor system and i cant seem to pull off good yields! would love to get some feed back from folks on what im doing wrong.
so i switched from 5G buckets to flood trays with 3ltr air pots, with pure hydroton being feed from top drip rings and recirculating to a 10 gallon res. i do a perpetual grow every two weeks i harvest, and every two weeks i plant 12 girls, 2 strains and i harvest the same.

VEG
i clone and root for 2-3 weeks, then VEG for 1-1.5 months, under 2 x 600, in 2-2x4 trays 80Deg temps, 50-70% Humidity, res temps 68-72, air duct ventilation from outside, House and Harden nutes, atami "roots", ppm's 500-1000

FLOWER
1st week i hit em with bush master .5 per gallon for height, and big bud starting 2nd week with and H&G nutes. first 4 weeks are spent in 2x4 trays, then i switch em to 3x3 trays and start using "beastie blooms" at 3/4 strength until the end when i flush, ppm's 700-1500, all under 1600W with the 1000w bulb being focused on the 3x3 trays. temps 74-82, humidity 50-80, res temps 67-72, ventilation from the outside via 470cfm fan.

i did have a bout with Gnats, Bugs and powdery mildew, due to humidity and overwatering every 2 hrs, switched it to every 4 hours
All that and i pulled 130g's from a confidential cheese plant?? i know strain matters but come on!
Help an old dog out Pro's! im gonna try some regular 2G pots instead, and 10 instead of 12 plants for better light coverage.2011-10-03_22-10-05_974.jpg

maybe you need to wait longer during flowering, 3 months? maybe even 4.
also use a variety of nutes, mine were tiny til i got a nice soupy mix, then they swelled up.

Hydro is great like that dude, add a lil of that and a lil of this.
i used pro grow, pro bloom, sweet, molasses, and big bloom during flowering. (in hydro)

a light mover would be perfect for that room, then you could move the light closer to the plants=bigger yeilds

More light and bigger containers and a bigger rez..or quicker change out times.

If it were me I would knock the perpetual 2-week thing off and just focus on vegging and crop and then flowering a crop. Veg the next one while the current one is flowering. Also reduce the number of strains and focus on perfecting the nutes for one. I'm not quite sure how you are feeding all those different plants of different ages.. may be missing something.

BTW, weren't you the one arguing with me about how much your supposed to water ebb and flow? If you were.. I fucking told you every two hours was too much! If not, nevermind. and don't water at night.

130g's from one plant is not gonna get any better. Increase your numbers if thats the case. You cant get something unbelievable. Dont strive to keep up with what people on here say they get, most of it is complete bullshit

Your humidity is too high. Do you have an exhaust fan? keep fresh air moving thru to drop the rh and get a dehumidfier. If you can get rh to 40-50 you will greatly improve yield.

I'll second that. 130g from one plant isn't that bad. Larger does happen, but it isn't necessarily typical.

Don't recall, doesn't matter, over watering isn't my issue. i forgot to mention that i have a light mover, doesn't seem to make much difference. i have the plants about 10-12" from the tops, with the shortest plants in the center. also, i have a seperate res for every "phase" of the plant consisting of two week increments starting at 700, peaking at 1300, then flush. By the way, perpetual works fine for me, constantly being busy is a con, but way more pros, especially once i dial it in. i think 2G pots is the solution, bigger pots, and hit em with some Fox farm "Kangoroots". flowering for 3 months? From what ive seen with the 60x, Trichs arent an issue, my buds are frosty, just not abundant.

humidity only gets in the 75's during bad weather, usually around 55-65, i have a dehumidifier, but light and noise discipline is an issue. i have a dedicated 8" booster fan pushing 470cfm of air in, and a carbon scrubber with the same typed of fan exhausting., plus a 6 inch 200 cfm fan for veg area.

That's 130G's dry from 6, 2-3 foot plants!

oh jesus, I thought 130g from EACH plant. My first grow I vegged for 5 weeks, scrogged, and pulled about 6 oz from each plant with 3 600's. The light movers are nice to keep things even but in my experience, they really didn't increase yield that much.

I really think that you want even larger pots. I must confess that I don't completly follow the whole table and pot thing. Put if your vegging that long your going to want 4 or 5 gallon pots. When vegging that long, my 4 gallon pots with hydroton are stuffed to the gills when harvesting. I went to DWC in 4 gallon buckets and some of the buckets are FULL of roots and I have not even flipped yet!

It seems that we rushed in answering and forgot the biggest limiting factor in growing with adequate light and proper temps...CO2. A "proper" co2 system will not be cheap and you will ahve too figure out how to cool your room but I guarantee that your yields will increase dramatically.
