CALMAG IS NOT A THING

You just made it clear to everyone why you want it to only be a fruit and how anal you are to only accept one classification.

There's your problem in a nut shell!

your problems wouldnt fit in a nut shell bro :)

oh and tomatoes are fungi and everyone knows that!

So you only want to be specific and technical when it doesn't make you look ignorant?

Calmag is a thing but not a necessary thing. Increasing base nutrients will do better..
Cal & Mag are absolutely necessary. Cannabis likes a lot of both. Problem is not all base nutes have enough, and increasing EC will cause other issues. It's important to pick a base nute that has enough of both, or you will indeed need "CalMag". I use Jacks 321, and it has plenty, so no CalMag needed here.

i got master blend and they use mag cal with masterblend main fertiliser. no idea why but mag cal started being popular after the new led lamps started coming.

agree, and I also believe your water source is a factor as well, some water sources just need a bit of help if your nutes don't have cal-mag included
