Just a thought: give it a dose of Epsom salts. If it needs magnesium, it will perk up noticeably within a day or two. Magnesium is supposed to be pretty safe for plants, so probably no harm in trying.

Looks like heat and potassium deficiency to me. Extra magnesium wont hurt either, assuming proper runoff.
Heat- causing the leaves to curl up
Potassium Def- causing serrated tips to turn up and burn because plant struggling to cool down
Magnesium- helps keep nutrients flowing smoothly

Heat stress wilts plants. No one has ever seen a heat stressed Cannabis plant, it doesn't exist.
Light sensitivity on the other hand is caused by potassium deficiency. Adding magnesium will antagonize potassium. Potassium keeps nutrient flowing smoothly.

Most municipalities have hard water … hence buildup on showerheads / stucco walls / etc.
Easy to pull local water reports to see what magical muck flows from your pipes. Most can run from 1 to over a 100mg/L - water pushes through rock and soil, extracting their minerals. This makes the water “hard”. Hard water has high concentrations of calcium and magnesium.

Not all. There's a huge difference with some municiple water supplies. I never knew what hard water was until I went to SD and took a shower. I was like WTF is going on here. The damn soap wouldn't come off,
I'm on well now and we got a water test done. Mine is around 140ppm, and around 7.8 pH. Plenty Ca, but not a ton of Mg. I actually have to be careful about adding high Ca amendments since I've been using the same soil for almost 4 years and Ca can build up. I've also never tested my soil, so it's gonna be interesting when I finally do. Soon!

Some growers also mix Tap and RO together.
My caliwater runs 7.2 ph and about 255 ppm ( varies ) - pretty hard , but every source is different.
