Nube, not nube. It happens to growers of all levels brother. Now you got that out of the way you don't have to worry about it any more :) Just soldier on. It looks like a nice plant so I would think you did well.
I pulled a male Bohdi Dragon Fruit just days late. Pissed. Ended up with a Northern Lights, Snow temple and a Dragon Fruit with potential amazement in the very bottom buds.

Thank you. It's always been an interesting plant compared to the other phenos that were more consistent. Somehow I always knew she would betray me but I still love shim.
Im just glad I see these traits on the weakest of my grow. For reference that plant is in this picture and the same age as the rest...but you wouldn't know it by looking at her. If you can make it out it's that middle pot on the left side

Hey man it is what it is. I'll hope for the best that the whole tent isn't pollinated but this is my first go and to not expect tough learning experiences would be naive of me
Been there done that. I chopped mine. I’m not trying to grow seeds. Not trying to change your opinion just letting you know I (we) feel your pain.

My girl wants to preserve some leaves but after that I'll likely get rid of it. I have alot of seeds and more breeders I wanna try out so the only thing I would do with my own seeds from this plant would be a johnny appleseed style spreading around the woods.
Plus if any of that pollen made it around the tent I'll likely have seeds regardless

Please explain the difference between a herm and bananas. I saw you freak out in another thread about it but you never explained you stance.
Hermie

Nanners

Hermied plants if allowed to seed itself or another plants will produce seeds with a solid possibility to produce hermie's.

Nanners is generally the product of stress on a female plant. Where many people will stress the plant on purpose to use the pollen from the Nanners as viable pollen for females seeds without concern for a genetic hermie.

I honestly don't have a stance on this btw. I just see this misinterpreted more often than not.
The real question I need answered is do I get a monkey or is does this turn of date truly have no silver lining?
I'm so sorry man. The monkey is reserved for true nanners. I have been playing around with some possible hermie ones but all of them are either horribly offensive or just things that would be wrong to post lol.

There both anthers, there is no difference there, one does not reprogram it's genetic code to offer a Herm trait, that's star trek sci fi stuff.

The anthers are not reprogramming anything. Their appearance though can either be genetic or stress induced, and if they are intentionally stress induced they won't be passed to further generations, whereas if they are genetic they will.

Don't want to argue, there is no Herm trait, you cannot breed it or search for Hermie resistance. You can find easier strains don't stress so much.

Fifty years of breeding, you suggest we have all gone wrong since every strain still Herms when stressed.
