Can 12/12 time be chosen from beginning or end...

Hi, so as example my morning for plants has started 06:00 to 00:00 = 18 hours light.
Usually the switch for 12/12 has gone that 06:00 to 18:00 = 12 hours light
so that the morning remains but night comes earlier.
My question is that does it make a difference if I would instead do the switch to start 12:00 to 00:00
so that night time would remain but morning would come later...
or do the plants get confused if the morning time changes......

I dont know what the hell your talking about but when you choose which 12 stay on just pick whichever 12 are the most convenient to you and flip it. Done.

What you're thinking is fine.
Since lights out is at 00:00 right now just make the timer have them come on at 12:00.
Their first night will be a full 12 hours followed by a full 12 hours light... its perfect. Do ittttt

Hehheehh...sorry its early morning for me here and my point was hard to explain to make sense..
Anyway..if the plants have already gotten familiar that the lights come on a certain time....so should the lights turning on time remain,
when doing the 12/12 switch....so like in nature on fall season the sun comes up in the morning but night comes earlier...
that has been usually my thought for 12/12 change.
But now instead of keeping the same time for my lights to go on, I would rather keep the time when they go off...and delay the going on time......did I make any sense..?

Yep been there done that, but I am getting paranoid when water chillers are screaming all night, day time people are at work
but when its dead silence I am starting to freak out when chillers go on and off all night...
