That is most definitely and without a doubt a cannabis plant.

It's looking like an Indica strain or mix or Indica due to wide leaves... There are probably over 10,000 different strains and growing by the day...

There's so much inbreeding and general lack of knowledge amongst dealers deciding to grow that it's basically impossible to tell what you're going to get from a bag seed or any seeds that didn't come from a bank. You can get genus, basically, as @Final Phase did for you, but that's it.

Pretty darn near a pure Indica if it isn't......No signs of crossing with a Sativa......Classic Indica structure.

I would have topped that a few times....I might still take it at least once if I were you.

A hybrid - close to 50-50 indica/sativa, I think.

That's a cannabis plant. Soon it should show sex - check if it is a male (trash) or female (keep and love).

I must have been when I typed the title but I knew it was a cannabis plant, that's why I posted it in rollitup I guess I meant to ask what type of cannabis plant but thanks for the responses, I have been enlightened.
