Can anyone help me identifying this?

Hi guys, I need some help identifying these black dots and the white spread on the leaf, what are these signs of? Bugs, Nutrient deficiencies or maybe both? Thanks.
I'm growing in promix, with AN micro, grow,bloom pH perfect, and I add molasses every week.

the black spots could be calcium deficiency and the white spots could be spiermites.

Thanks for the time. I haven't seen any trace of mites, like webs or something like that, but I do have little flies, I haven't sprayed my plant with neem since buds started forming and flies began to appear.

the way the tips are brown indicates a nurtient defiency of some sorts like mag. what ph is your water and have you foliage feed lately and please upload a pic of soil as could be also caused by water logging

Ill upload a picture in a second but I don't think it's overwatering, I water my plants when the pot feels light and they had been in great shape all grow but these few days when I noted this wired spots. I have no idea what my pH is, should be fine since I'm using pH perfect form Advanced nutrients, well in theory.
