Indoors i use Royal Gold. Outdoors well its years old just reamend every year. Water straight from well
I dont worry about ph for just water. I adjust ph before using my AACT teas to 6.6-6.8 during veg and 6.2-6.4 during flower in or outdoors.
My soils that I buy and most soils have pH buffers added already. For my outdoors amendments I use dolomite lime when in acidic soils and gypsum and epsom salts for alkaline soils.

What are your nutrient level/ratios of everything?
5ml cal-mag,2.5ml flora micro, 2.5ml gro, 1ml bloom per gallon of water , I try to have the ph in between 5.5 and 6.5 but my digital ph meter isnt calibrated correctly so I use the liquid solution drip with the litter tube and if I'm correct i get the ph balance right between 5.7and 6.5 ph on average I switch it up so it's not always the same ph.

I wouldn’t worry too much how much are you watering them I read some of your post and it says that you PH the runoff ? For one I would definitely get a digital pH tester and in my opinion at their age which looks fairly young I wanted water until there was a runoff, To me they got a little overwatered And also they’re pretty young to receive A bunch of nutrients I would keep it simple at first as they get into their adolescent stage which it looks like they’re almost there then I would start a nutes

I'd try to keep pH around 6.5 with solubles, coco loco has enough organic inputs that it needs to be treated as soil, it's pre-buffered at 6.2+ out of the bag and will last 2+ weeks without nutes.

My humble opinion here is it looks overfed, nothing crazy but N looks slightly high and the tip burn looks more like k excess, sorry your getting mixed answers here but at this point i would simply lower the feed and watch for recovery or defs and go from there. Get cal/mag into an ec range of 0.2-0.3 and your good.

I really appreciate everyones inputs it helps a lot I was stressing pretty bad . This isnt my first grow but I'm just going to say it is , just to give an idea I had one plant under a 45 watt blue and red led there whole life my soil had no perlite in it and it was just dirt from my garden witch I'm not sure how to explain it but when the soil would dry it was like a solid brick also the area I had it was in a very stagnant closet with no ventilation and I only used flora micro . I had very little to no knowledge at the time witch was in 2016 so I'd say the set up and the what I've learned has improved a lot , but I could be wrong . The yeild I got off that grow was not even a quarter ounce I actually have a couple pic or two of that grow in 2016 , I dont have any full plant pics just the main cola I can't remember if I topped the plant or not but by the pic I dont think I did. But as I was saying I'm considering my current grow as my first being I have put a lot more time, effort and money into it and knowns little more of what I'm doing .20160519_122549.jpg20160519_122600.jpg

Also just to put it out there my current grow is white widow from growers choice seeds and the strain details are below if anyone was curious. Also my ladys were put in soil on the 20th of February already germinated with half inch tap root and sprouted the next day so I'd say they are about 18 to 19 days old and on there 2nd week of veg , please correct me if I'm wrong but from my understanding that's where there at
