Bad phosphorus deficiency (red stems/brown patching) paired with nitrogen overdose (Dark dark green leaves, claws at end) caused by whack PH/overfed on nutes/salt buildups.

What i can tell is you growing in lowish temps?, with highish humidity? 9which would be strange under a 600 watt hps (so maybe wrong here)

and that is a lower leaf , we need to see the whole plant! and the environment or we are guessing.

Cut your water back and reduce humidity.

are you still in veg? a leaf gives us not enuff info it could be a 1000s things.

need to see all the plants in whole

pic of set up and environmental info, current climate, in your room and outdoors

could even be oil burn for bugs but not enough info

over watering or lack of air in hydro gives that ridge or speed bump you see on the leaf

if iphosphorus deficiency, your PH will be too high, if in soil this is unlikely a ph issue due to the high buffering ability of potting mix.

If lts the very lowest leaves dont worry about it, new leaves show the current situation, old leaves show the problems in the past.
