that is from your plant going hermie and those are the male flowers already busted open. look on the floor directly under the plant and take your hand and rub the floor and you will see a yellow powder tint on your hand. still smokable though. i think you can do something to those seeds to make them feminised. im not sure though you will have to read up on it i havent.

that looks like you let it go too long...and it is in the process of what some call "selfing"

When you harvest just trim those off, but maybe looks like seeds might start forming.
But then again your only giving us one picture.

I would say it's going to pop some hairs. Keep watching it, but she looks all female to me. Post another one in a couple days if you can.
