How important are the rosin bags? There are several different size mesh for different products, kief, hash, or flower. I have only seen 1 person run a cheap plate press with no bags. It was good but it sure didn't look like yours!
I know what you mean about the temple balls haha.
I'm new to pressing but I just prefer it right off the press. When I put it in a jar, the texture changes overnight. Some strains it gets harder and some gets soft , peanut butter like texture. It's not necessarily a bad thing, it definitely changes color. The blueberry strain( great terps) is so sticky after pressing I cant collect it. I put the parchment directly in the freezer compartment of my mini seed fridge and leave it there. It comes out a shatter like rosin. I only press a couple grams at a time so I just leave it in the freezer and it's usually gone in 24 hours. I have not noticed flavor loss in that amount of time

It's really up to the user. Space, pressing amount and fitness level all apply. I crank the hell out of the bar and am happy with the returns. Some users wont be able to apply as much pressure as me, some will be able to apply more. The 6 ton fits perfectly in my space and I am more than happy with the end product. Saves me $40 a gram of " budder" from a dispensary which I'm not sure just isnt older rosin with a fancy name lol. Whatever floats your boat or finds your lost remote...
