Barebones grow I would use

cheap used inline fan-45
400w dimmable hps-maybe 70ish with a reflector bulb and all used
cheap carbon filter to start-60
bail of promix bx-15
bag of maxibloom-18
ph meter-15ish
ec meter-15ish

Could get a very nice in the door setup for peanuts literally 1/4th cost. im running multi 1ks now but i started at the bottom with a shit budget and killed it constantly.

Areas of concern:
pH-just got pH meter a week ago. Says about 7 or less.
Have not fanned much. Bought one but wasn't sure how important.
House is very dry..like 12. Bought humidifier but it's not up to the task :(. Brings it up to 25.

Learning about watering by reading online and watching plants react. Still Learning. Many contradictions online about water and lighting.
Rollitup is helping with all this. Have to hurry though, getting on in years .

Water, light, pH, humidity, airflow. I'm deficient in at least 2 areas.

Im here brother. lemme see a few shots of the room. others will chime in. Do you have a scheme on ventilation. Everybodies situation is different when piping the exhaust and shit. Ill post my manifold in a sec. its pretty damn cool.
