Can anyone suggest some cheap, but not junk, LED lights for me?

It came with two set of the ones you see in the picture and these View attachment 4830542going to run them on the next run
Nice. I always removed the lenses or shortened the reflectors and lowered the cobs. Never an even spread. Either too focused or spread out. Hated offsetting lights everyday to get even coverage. How were those? I'm still questioning selling my cobs to an up and comer. 301's at 700 watts is a bit hot for 4x4.

To be honest I'm unsure about the thick lenses but I do like the penetration that the light is getting so far I don't have a par meter so I can't get as technical as I'd like but by eyeballing it seems to be a good even spread

I would look into Budget LED and use 420mag to save 10% off your purchase. Loving my full spectrum 500w infinity board I bought in December. Gives you a switch for blue or far/deep red lighting for each of the 4 different board and uv on/off too. Currently I’m nearing the end of my veg period but have 2 boards are in blue and 2 I have in the red with us lights on.

What about kingbright or mejui/mejiu, I've seen some nice results with them but not used them personally.

150w of hlg for 100 dollars sounds pretty reasonable to me, really it depends if you're looking for a hobby/personal light or a serious grow light.

Does it have to be led?
hps is cheap as chips and a proven performer.

You can download a light/par/lux app for your phone Jeff.
Do you by chance have a photo handy of your last grow?
That played a big part in me buying a led lol, it's a pity it's too dam cold but that's another story :-)

It looks like junk. It’s all of 100 watts and claiming to be 1000 watt equal. I wouldn’t waste the money on it.
They should be sued for false advertising, 1000watts is really 100watt light. They got me before, I bought 2 450w Viparspectra reflector series, 200w light that is 98 dollars now or on kajiji for 100 used lmfao! With leds you get what you pay for.

If you go with hps, make sure you use hortilux bulbs, usually come with airy bud making bulbs, hortilux has more blue spectrum in it. Hense tighter buds.1000w se hps for 200 approx, with good bulb add another 120. Canadian money
