Can ANYONE tell me if this....... (Look at Pics)

This plant is ONLY 3 weeks into veg from seed.Although not recommended (For Seedlings) it's been under 24 hrs of CLF light's since sprouting. That is why I'm questioning it. I was told it's a "White Jack feminized seed" I got free from Bonza Seeds. I really think it's showing Male sex parts, but don't know if it's a hermie male or a str8 male... Would it be a difference? I REALLY hope it's neither and it's still a chance of it being a female. But I highly doubt that... All answers welcomed. Keep in mind it's ONLY 3 WEEKS INTO VEG FROM SEED. So I would also like to know (If it's possible) how soon can a plant from seed show sex while ONLY under 24hr lights in veg?

it does look like the bottom right photo there but honestly not 100% sure could just be new growth nodes

Is that between the stalk and stem for fan leaf? Does it have shoot at that node yet? I would say wait and see, my opinion is too early and your paranoid

That's what I was thinking... Waaaay too early to be showing sex... But I have never seen that at this early stages before.. But thank you all for replying... Greatly appreciated!
