Can anyone tell me what these worms are?

Alright alright alright I got an update. I found a very tiny (bout 1 1/2 cm) catterpillar on one today now it seemed like it wasn't eating it was dead still until I picked it up which seems to be what BT is supposed to do? It did come right to life once I touched it though. But anyway I looked at it under my loupe and it was dull green with two rows of black dots running up the whole body to an amber head. Hopefully the BT gets rid of them as they are definitely caterpillars lol. I just hope those white worms I originally posted were the same things just before they turn green otherwise I have multiple pests :/

Maybe it's just it's no good for smaller ones cause it only did it to the little ones, the big one seems fine, you were right about that it seems unless I'm right and the neighbour did rinse it all off lol I'm seeing white powder from it though so it can't all be gone .

Oh I also didn't spray per se I just mixed it up in a watering can and drenched them that way, is that bad? The big ones look great now so it can't be that bad, I just pray to stoner jesus himself that I don't lose any more heads.
