Can clones be taken from plants grown 12/12 from seed?

not recomeneded hard to get them back into veg but yes

you can take clones during flower its called monster cropping
12/12 from seed isnt much different than normal

in reality its not any different just smaller plants
the plant has to be mature before it will flower so it still has a veg period just not a long one

I usually take the initial cutting's just after sex has shown, switch to 24 during the first 5 day's of cloning and They wake up ready to go back into Veg Preflower is just that"Preflower"..It gives me the sign to put real $$$$ into it or dry the pollen from the males with the most promising attributes..

The result is.....weird. Im not sure if its called anything but I get like 8 inch tall FAT as fuck plants from it. They are like abominations. What I figure happens is when the clone is cut its in flowering but all growth stops. Once you plant it again in 12/12 it just resumes growth stretches just a tad and buds. Lil abominations. I kinda like it. They are short and fat as all hell great for sog. I am not sure what I am doing tho or what its called lol or if I can even replicate it on a normal basis.

monster cropping is fun. Good tactic for limited space grows.

I think I'm going to try it. My reasoning is that I want to try a variety of strains in a limited space.

Will the clones I take be able to be put back into an 18/6 veg cycle and produce "normal" size plants? Like, say I find a really great strain from the 12/12-from-seed experiment and then decide I want to grow it into a big plant. Is it going to work? or, is it just going to make stubby little plants with "abomination" flowers?

Get some fan's..The more the better.I've had some 72 day grows way back when, clones one week @ 18/6 then 12/12 and they are mutated fat lil fucker's when they are finished...

I don't understand what "fan's" are.

I just did this and it's vegging still has some pistils coming out but it's growing leaves not buds at the time. It's short and squatty which is cool.

try to take them before you see too many pistils or they will need to re-veg/ rejuvenate before they grow if you take them further along in flower

everyone's got to give monster cropping a go at some point, just don't shit your self when your plant looks f*ck up and grows one blade leaves like i did lol

the plants don't know which shoot is dominant one so all shoots grow fast and you end up with loads of main shoots on each plant, pull the shoots down when there 6-8" long and flower
just site back and watch the buds grow

they also root really quick under 24h light, only took 8 days

I wanted to make some fem seeds so I took a couple cuttings, rooted them, flowered them, and started treating one with silver to force pollen. I realized that I was doing it wrong. You have to let one of the two veg out for a while, until the forced male starts showing pollen sacs. THEN flower the other one. Otherwise, your female could be too old to grow good mature seeds.

So, I put one back into vegetative light for another 2 and a half weeks until the forced male started showing. I then restarted the 12/12 light schedule on the mother, and successfully confused the shit out of her. The growth was really really strange. It started growing calyxes off the main stem like little spikes, it started growing single bladed leaves, some of them very large. Since the cuttings were small, there weren't many recognizable fan leaves on it, and when it covered itself in single bladed leaves, didn't even look like weed. Seriously, before re-flower, you could have put the plant in front of a donut shop and nobody would have ever recognized it was weed.

When you spay the plants with silver don't it make the plant produce a few seeds

No. That isn't how it works.

When you spray with silver, the female flowers will darken, the hairs will curl up, and after a couple weeks of regular treatments, "nanners" will begin to appear on that bud. (Don't smoke anything treated with the silver spray). Anyways, What you have, is a female flower which has been induced into making male pollen sacs. Those male pollen sacs however, are only going to be carrying the females genetics, so when you take that pollen, and fertilize with it, you have 99% female seeds. Any one of those seeds will be female.

If you fertilize a clone of the same strain, you have feminized that strain. You have copied the seed you started with, but they will all be girls.

he sprayed the plants with Colloidal Silver all the way though flower, it did stressed them out and he didn't think it worked but when he checked the buds after chopping them, he found some seeds
and grow them all, something like 30-40 seeds and only a couple was male the rest where female

There oscillating fans, the ideal is to have them 6-12" away from the plants and to blow air over the canopy (top of the plants )as this will reduces the canopy temperature and makes the shoots grow stronger, all so helps to increase airflow
