5- They can't go after people just because of posts on a site. If they did, and showed up at your door, you have the RIGHT to refuse being searched on such flawsy evidence, without a warrant. And any kind of incarceration would be just so... US-style. Like, having, to a certain point, a fixed trial and and a heavy sentence for such a light crime.

And even if they suspect that you are growing, because of what you post on an Internet site, they have no idea where the actual grow is! Never talk to to the police, that's your lawyers job.

It's actually not THAT bad of a question. Considering that even the RIAA and MPAA can get what they want from a ISP, you'd be foolish NOT to think about it. You'll have to make that decision yourself. I have noticed that when this question is asked on the forum that there seems to be a big rush by alot of users to make light of it or flame the poster. I wonder how many respond this way because it makes themselves feel safer.
Maybe it's the way the question is being posed. A better question might be "Has anyone ever KNOWN someone that was busted because of their participation on this or another weed site?". I have not come across it yet.

It's a possibility, mate. But for all the reasons I posted above, the government and police have no use to go checking websites to see who posted what and who's a grower and how's not really one and so on.

I'm not saying this to resassure myself, since I don't give a bloody poop if the US government tries to look into that whole story. They have no authority to take any action against someone who posted on this kind of website.

People are fast to "light it up", simply because, indeed, maybe they want to reassure themselves, but also because it's a large improbability.
It'd be as if I posted "peeing on your seeds helps germination". That is obviously false since it'd simply burn the seed up, and it'd simply smell bad.

Somethings people jump on just because it's so ridiculous to think of. The question wasn't bad, but it takes a little more thinking than when your high.

Yeaahh….. Sorry about that….I was smoking at the time…Paranoia hits me pretty hard sometimes… But I don’t sweat it…much.
