Your dog might catch a buzz but with a pre flowering plant not much thc there to do anything, He'll probably go take a nap my dog loves bud he will eat it anytime i give it too him he gets a good buzz and goes to sleep calms him down when we are trimming also keeps him occupied and out of the way

Never seen it myself - but I've heard stories!

A friend of mine found a totally spaced out racoon just lying there, tits up, close to his 1/2 eatten outdoor buds. I believe it!

I've heard bad stories about pets that ate raw marijuana, although I probably won't be a big deal for you since it wasn't even flowering yet (and those stories didn't specify but the raw bud was either for human use left out, or from flowering plants)
But I would absolutely recommend you never feed your animal marijuana, at worse blow some smoke in their face but don't feed it to them, its just not worth the risk I think.

yeap they can get high!

but don't worry it's not a big deal for them specially since your plant was only in prefower.
I remember someone here had a dog that ate a plant with lots of buds, he post some pics of his dog and he was totally baked... just lying on the floor lol

The dog will not enjoy the high. They metabolize certain cannabinoids much differently then we do. Your dog may have seizures ( have witnessed this ), go comatose, or will sleep. Your pet will NOT enjoy this!!!! Be kind, eat your own food :weed:

I went to my sister in law she is a veterinarian for 23 years and has done quite the extensive work on dog anatomy, As she states the human brain is the only brain that has THC receptors in it that is why we get high but a dog, cat or any other animal does not have these receptors in their brain therefore they do not get high what happens is exactly what we see when your dog eats or inhales smoke they want to go to sleep that is the CBD's and CBN's in the break down of cannibinoids in their digestive system and blood stream if done through inhalation. They actually do not get high they get tired because they do not have THC receptors.
Interesting think I'll do more research on the matter.
