I don't know that the question above is particularly organic but I tend to hang here and am quite impressed with the knowledge level of people here.
Anyway, I had a vet tell me that they have had dogs coming in high who had eaten plants....that it didn't require any heat to have been applied but just eating raw pot (like going out and nibbling on your outdoors plant) and dogs got high. I know with humans that this isn't true. I figured a dog would get high like a human if they ate an edible or inhaled smoke/vapor but if a dog can get high off unheated pot then I've got to take a whole 'nuther level of care.
I do know that vets do not know everything. So does anyone know for sure? Any articles or webpages or anything on the subject? Thanks.
